Miss Utopia Official Rules and Regulations:

13.) Within 7 days of winning the Miss Utopia Pageant, MISS UTOPIA, must have and maintain a currently active e-mail address for the entire length of his/her reign and must have an active contact cell phone number.

14.) Any contestant, who has qualified to attend the Miss Utopia and fails to attend, may not compete in any Miss Utopia until they have paid back all prizes, and a $250.00 dollar fine to the National Promoter and waited at least one year.

15.) Once a contestant has placed 1st Runner-up in a Preliminary Pageant they may not compete in another preliminary pageant in the same system. They must go to the National pageant with that placement.

16.) Back-Up dancers are only permitted to enter the Dressing room area only for talent competition. Back-Up dancers that enter the dressing room prior to allocated time will result in major administrative point deductions from cumulative score.

17.) There will be absolutely NO REFUNDS given after payment regardless of circumstances!

18.) Contestants are permitted to have only one (1) assistant in the dressing room at any and all times. Violation of this rule will result in major administrative point deductions per offense from cumulative score.

19.) If any dancer is admitted into the pageant and not utilized for the purpose for which intended (i.e. talent competition) administrative points will be deducted from cumulative score.

Miss Utopia Official Rules and Regulations (Continued):

20.) Absolutely no "gospel" talents will be considered, allowed or scored. Any contestant who performs "gospel" as their talent presentation will receive a zero (0) for their talent presentation score.

21.) All contestants that enter MISS UTOPIA must be aware, prior to entering the contest/pageant that Vanessa Gabrielle Enterprises, LLC; MISS UTOPIA or MISS UTOPIA (owner) reserves the right to make any and all administrative decisions regarding the MISS UTOPIA pageant. MISS UTOPIA shall have exclusive jurisdiction of any disputes arising from pageant. Vanessa Gabrielle Enterprises, LLC; MISS UTOPIA or MISS UTOPIA (owner) reserves the right to be the final governing body.
